Ad hoc announcement pursuant to clause 16 of the BX Listing Rules

Haute Capital Partners SA (BX Swiss : HAUTE) informs the market that FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) has opened enforcement proceedings against the company and its CEO, Thibault Leroy Bürki, pursuant to Art. 53 FINMASA. The proceedings concern a suspicion that the company and its CEO might have violated Art. 143 FMIA (prohibition of market manipulation).
The company and its CEO approach these proceedings with full confidence. They have at all times acted in strict compliance with applicable legal provisions and hold all necessary evidence to demonstrate this. The proceedings offer them the opportunity to present their position in full, and they will cooperate entirely and constructively with FINMA.
The company commits to communicating transparently on developments in these proceedings, in accordance with clause 16 of the BX Swiss Listing Rules.
