Haute Capital Partners SA acquires a stake in Exentis Group
Haute Capital Partners SA (BX Swiss: HAUTE) announces the acquisition of 420,000 shares of Exentis Group AG. The consideration consists of 89,297 treasury shares of Haute Capital Partners SA, valued at CHF 55.50 per share, representing a transaction value of CHF 4,955,984.
Exentis Group AG, headquartered in Stetten (Aargau), operates the world's only technology platforms enabling industrial-scale additive manufacturing for both industrial and cleanroom applications. Its business model is based on licence agreements, the sale of production systems and recurring revenues from consumables and royalties. The company is active in the pharma, new energy and ultrafine structures segments, with an ongoing expansion into aerospace and defence.
For the 2025 financial year, Exentis reported consolidated revenue of CHF 31.0 million, an increase of 31% over the prior year (CHF 23.6 million), EBITDA of CHF 6.5 million, up 51%, corresponding to a margin of 21%, and a net profit after tax of CHF 3.2 million. Growth is driven by the key markets of Asia, North America and Europe, with established cooperations including DKSH in South Korea and Sintokogio in Japan.
In accordance with Swiss GAAP FER, the transaction is recognised entirely within equity and has no impact on the income statement. The investment will be recorded on the balance sheet at acquisition cost, net of any impairments.
This investment is fully aligned with the private equity strategy of Haute Capital Partners SA, centred on the acquisition of positions in unlisted Swiss companies combining proprietary technology, recurring revenues and profitable growth. It marks a further step in the disciplined execution of the Company's repositioning as a pure-play Swiss private equity holding
